AusSpill Association Limited was established in May 2012 to unify the spill control industry’s voice to Australian government & bureaucrats, consumers & all sectors of Australian industry. The Association advocates policies to all levels of government and industry nationwide that encourage and incentivise increased spill control measures through new and existing products.
AusSpill is a product-agnostic organisation and has been structured to allow all spill control product-types and services groups the option to appoint their own Board member.
The AusSpill Board invites all spill control manufacturers, retailers, resellers/wholesalers & importers as well as kindred & associated Industries and Government Organisations, to apply to join the Association.
AusSpill members have a professional and moral obligation to conduct their business and the business of the association honestly, ethically and lawfully. Under the Consumer and Competition Act all are obliged not to interact with one another in a way that may restrain trade or reduce competition in the marketplace.
